Instructor Training

One path our students can choose to become a leader is through our SWAT Team. This team is made up of students, hand picked, to learn basic instruction skills. Team members learn the foundations of instruction and begin to put their skills to action by assisting in classes.

We have seen students who were once shy and nervous grow in leadership skills through this program and eventually become certified instructors through our CIT program.

Through teaching others our students learn the important leadership skills necessary to inspire others to action. Since the origins of martial arts, teaching students to instruct has been one of the best leadership training skills available to us.

Hyper Pro Training

Hyper Pro Training is where we create Martial Arts Athletes who understand the importance of being an individual and training like a Champion. This Pro Training program focuses on students developing advanced skills while understanding the importance of performance training. Students learn how to lead through understanding the pro athlete mindset and building the confidence to stand up in front of their peers and perform.

Project Based Leadership Training

Project Based Leadership Training (PBLT) is where our students take the study of martial arts out of the school and into the world. Students learn the steps necessary to building an idea into a project to help improve their community then take steps to make it happen. Through PBLT our students conceive of a project and then motivate and lead those around them to help bring the project to fruition. Our students are building a project portfolio, through Projabi.com, proving that martial arts just about kicking and punching, it's about a way of life. Leaders don't just see problems, they take action and that's what our PBLT program teaches.

Love it!! I found Hayden's ATA when I was trying to find an after school activity that would help my daughter. I checked into several things but when we went and met with Mr. Hayden we found that from what he was telling us Karate would help with a lot of my daughters issues in school. After a month of Karate we were seeing a huge improvement in my daughter. Her teacher at school was even commenting on how much her focus had improved. At home we also noticed that she was learning to control her emotions so much better!!
